My daughter was at a cheerleading competition yesterday and out of all the 5-9 year old teams, she and her partners held up a girl in a “prep” (she held a foot at her shoulder level, another girl held a foot and a third girl braced her ankles while the girl stood up straight) for over 8 minutes! They won a medal for being the strongest team there!!!

I’m so proud of my girl!!!
